Information You’ll Need

  • Registered name and call nameExactly as you want them printed in the catalog
  • AKC registration number, sex, date of whelp, and color
  • Registered names of sire and damTitles not required
  • Biography or well wishesUp to 150 words
  • Up to four notable accomplishments or accolades
  • Primary owner’s contact info and primary breeder’s contact info
  • Two theme songs (primary and alternate)Include artist and album. First-come, first-served, subject to committee approval.

  • High-resolution photo of your dogJPG or PNG, 10 MB maximum. Stacked or natural pose. Close-up, high-quality photos print best.
  • Pedigree (minimum three generations)PDF, JPG, or PNG, 10 MB maximum. Any source is fine as long as it’s accurate.

Common Questions

Do I need a Google account?

You must be signed into a Google account to upload the required attachments, but you do not need to enter your Google email as your contact info in the form. Use whatever email you’d like us to reach you at.

If you don’t have a Google account, you can create one for free or contact us, and we’ll help you find an alternative way to submit your entry.

My file upload keeps failing.

If uploads fail, reduce the file size. All images should be at least 300 PPI, but under 10MB in size. Be aware that digital images taken from a cell phone at a distance do not print well in the catalog.

What file types are accepted?

Make sure your files are an accepted file type. We accept JPG and PNG for photos and PDF, JPG, and PNG for pedigrees.

I filled everything out but didn't get a confirmation.

This could be due to a number of problems:

  1. Use a reliable internet connection. Slow or unstable internet can interrupt uploads, and some mobile devices sometimes have upload issues. If the form isn’t working properly on your phone or tablet, try using a desktop or laptop computer.
  2. Be sure to click the “Submit” button. Uploading your files and filling out the information does not complete your entry. Your entry is only received after you click Submit and see the confirmation message. Entry is not finalized until payment is made and you see “PAID” in green print. 
  3. Verify that you’ve uploaded the correct files and that nothing is missing. Required questions are marked with an asterisk, so double-check those sections first.
